Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch, cancellation costs nothing. After dispatch, the return process applies instead.

The window

• Order placed. It joins the queue at the 3192 Webster Ave counter and can be cancelled instantly.
• Being packed. Still cancellable – call +1 347-202-7247 and we will stop it.
• Handed to the carrier. No longer cancellable; Redline Hobby handles it as a return instead.

How to cancel

Contact [email protected] with the order number. If the order is same-day, call +1 347-202-7247 instead – it is faster.

If it has already shipped

A shipped order can still be sent back. The return policy and its 30 day window apply.

Cancellations by us

Redline Hobby cancels an order itself only when an item turns out to be short on the Norwood shelf or the delivery address cannot be reached. In either case we email you first and refund in full within 3-5 business days.
