Shipping Policy

When you order from Redline Hobby the parcel is made up by hand at 3192 Webster Ave. What follows is the honest version of how long that takes.

What shipping costs

Below $45 the shipping line reads $5.50. At or above $45 it reads zero. Those are the only two figures.

How long it takes

Most parcels leave within one business day. If an item turns out to be short on the shelf we email you the same day rather than let the order sit.

Where we deliver

The store is set to United States delivery only. Addresses elsewhere are not selectable at checkout.

If something goes wrong

A missing or damaged parcel is handled by us. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
